Sender mail from Formidable Form after submitting

Hie, i try to find where to change, the information sending to the user after submitting his form, unfortunately, i don't find where it is....

I tried on formidable dashboard, nothing !
ADVANCED FORMS neither....
Search on DB where it is... Nothing.
If somebody can help, i just try to help some friends of mine and am learning on the way everything.

If you edit that page, is that block an External Form block? Or is it maybe hard-coded into the page? It doesn't look like it's a Formidable or Advanced Form based on the DOM structure.
The sublitted datas insert into sixeightform tables. I can manage everything from Advanced Form except all informations of the mail sended when thé form is submitted.
The best to do is to contact the guy who installed this form, but am not sure il will be able to talk with him.
