Sitemap Organization

How can you organize the folders and pages in Sitemap? I see there is a subfolder called "Examples" under the Home folder. I would like to add more category folders to organize my pages in the Sitemap, but I believe I read this is not possible because it's auto generated. I've looked around at the file server structure and I don't see any physical directories with those names. How is the sitemap organization determined? Thanks for any advice!

I think I figured out how to accomplish this ...

In the Sitemap manager

1) Add a page to be used as the "Category"

2) Drag and drop the child's page icon over top of the parent page title and it prompts you with the different choices for processing the move. Select the option for moving the page beneath the targeted page. The icon for the page as a category will change to a folder icon and the child page will list as a node below it.

Maybe someone else can give a better explanation, I'm a bit tired :)
