Stacks content is not updated in the instances

How can I make the Stacks content centralized. I can add stacks as blocks but when I updated the stacks in the Stacks editor the instances in the pages are not updated.
Is it possible to force the update in the instances somehow? I would like to implementa a stack of FAQ and I want to share the FAQ in the pages. I don't want to keep track on where the did I add the instances and update the content for all of them.
I would like to update the content of a Stack once and it is updated everywhere I have used it.

If I add the stack as a whole it is auto updated. If I pick a single entry it is not. I would be very nice if I could choose all or a single block belonging to the Stack.
Any hint on if this is possible somehow?
I would like to avoid creating as many stacks as there are faq.
