Text editor problems

Is it just me or does the C5 text editor have a tendency to write tag soup? esp when inserting images?
Redactor.
Adding multiple images with same ID. Broken attributes. Unexpected/unwanted paragraphs and line breaks. empty tags. badly nested tags etc etc.
The HTML generated is hideous!

Redactor has been replaced in version 8 of concrete5 with CKEditor. CKEditor outputs higher quality HTML.

Which text editor are you referring to?
