[TinyMCE in Office Mode]: errors when creating a table

When TinyMCE is in Office Mode and I try to create a table, I get this error:

'NOT ACCEPTABLE
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /concrete/js/tiny_mce/plugins/table/table.htm could not be found on this server.
Additionnaly, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.'
