And now! The tools for Edit Area Design, and Edit Layout Design is not function. Nothing happened when i clik on the edit tools!!!!!! I am helpless without this is function!!!!!!!!!

Check to make sure there are no javascript conflicts when you try and open up the menu. You can use Chrome or Firefox Developer Tools console.

Looks like there is an issue reported in GitHub for this - https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/issues/8787...

I would suggest you add your experience there.
