Upgrading 7.5.13 to 8.2.1

I have been trying this update and every time it fails. Quite often I had timeout message, and now getting database error, and I have no record of them. Somehow unable to upgrade database. I asked the hosting firm to extend timeout duration, I receive now different errors. All are in attachment in the order of receipt.

What I see with database, I export it to an SQL file, and clean whole tables to import it back, there are some tables are linked to token or something like that could not be manually deleted, but one by one and by selecting a tickbox. All have to be deleted manually. Eventually, I tried all possibilities, by copying Concrete folder, making automated installation etc, all failed. I have been using concrete5 since nearly 10 years.

Please sight me if you can think of anything. I have screenshots for you that may help.

1. When dropping tables from the database, I always untick the box that says 'Enable foreign key checks' ... See the attached image
2. The images that you have attached, the last two are the same image?
3. If you would like this upgrade to be done for you, send me a private message.

You can dodge the timeout problem completely by manually downloading and unzipping the update, then using the CLI to run it. CLI is both more efficient and not subject to request timeout.

This also does not work. I am getting a sort of database error which is strange to me. The initial of site was installed by a Hosting CPanel, and moved to another registrar. There is some conflicts that I cannot sort out. The error is in one of the screenshots. Last one.
