URGENT HELP! Deleted theme now everything is blank

Hi there,
I was trying to find where I could change the background to my website and ended up deleting the theme. Now everything is blank. Not even the dashboard shows up when I log in. I'm desperate for help!
I can login but then its all blank.
How do I revert back to the previous?

Can you contact your hoster to get a backup of your site?

Which theme was it? Was it the default Elemental-Theme? Then you could probably copy it from another installation.

What theme is it? If you have a copy of it on your local hard drive, you can upload it via FTP client into the directory application/themes. Then you can activate it again from the dashboard.
