Users inactivating and I can't seem to stop it.

Good morning,

I've got a user (now set up with multiple user accounts) who keeps coming into the office and seeing she is locked out of C5. I set her up with a second account to buy time, but both accounts get locked out periodically (anywhere between one time to three times a week). We have changed the web browser she is using, and given her a new user profile at her desktop.

Are there any ways in C5 to find out why accounts get locked out? This is only effecting her accounts, so it is definitely related to her process, but I need more information from the system.

If you look in Dashboard -> System & Settings > User Deactivation Settings do you have either of the automatic deactivation items on?

That will do it, but non of these options seem to be the cause. I will play around with these settings.
