Website unaccessible after download

After updating to 8.2.1 my website is no inaccessible. Visitors get this message:
An unexpected error occurred.
include(/var/www/c5/updates/concrete5-8.2.1_remote_updater/concrete/elements/vfx/head.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Need to get this back working ASAP, and not sure where to go from here.
Any help appreciated!

Does the folder 'vfx' exist in your c5/concrete/elements/ folder?
Thanks for your help. Just FYI I am extremely new to this....so you may have to communicate to me as if I were a 4 year old. When I go to files on the dashboard, there are no folders showing at all. Just a long list of files. Am I looking in the wrong place?
Yes you are looking in the wrong place.
You cannot view the folder structure from the dashboard..
You need to access the folder structure via your hosts control panel or from an ftp program.
