What is that STARTINTRO element on my homepage?

I have an old Concrete5 5.7.5.13 installation. There is an element on that homepage, called "STARTINTRO".
I am not sure, was this just the name of the element slideshow? Or is this something special? Because the developer of this site was creating some own element or something like that?

Without knowing the website address I would not be able to have an opinion.
You can only see this in edit mode, please look at the picture attached.
I installed now the old 5.7.5.13 version and the slideshow element there is not called "STARTINTRO disabled in edit mode" but "Image Slider disabled in edit mode".

I think, someone made a copy of image-slide block and adapt it to his own needs.

Yes, that block is a custom block and didn't ship with concrete 5.7.5.13.
Probably copied over from concrete>blocks>image_slider to application>blocks>startintro as an override and modified.
