Why Diff. pagination for diff. admins ?

Hello,
I have c5.8 in which the file manager paging is fine for normal super admin. But, after i created new user with group administrator but he see diff. pagination layout how is it possible can anyone guide me on that ? i have attached 2 images of 2 diff. pagination for diff. admin users?

Seems like you are right. Can i solve it by fetching files from git ? Also one more issue is in filter part the pagination disappear (For admin for same search pagination is there) totally is it same issue ?

The way I read that github page is that the changes were rolled out in c5 8.2.1. Is that the version you're running?

As I understand it (which is tenuously), c5 can take too long to work out how many pages a non-super-admin can see, so it doesn't try. This has been contentious and is subject to ongoing work.
