Working With C5 while traveling

Hello,
I plan on having a site to document my travels through South East Asia. I've been using C5 locally on my laptop for about two weeks and wanted to know what the best way to make changes to a site while off line.
For example, I have a hosted site with some content. while I travel and get new pictures or write new entries I add those to my offline C5. Once I'm in a place that has internet access I can upload the difference or whatever.
I love C5! However an Internet Connection is mandatory to make changes to the site. Is there a way for me to make changes offline and once I have an internet connection upload the offline copy of the site?
