Cannot copy a Block to clipboard from a Stack on a page

How to re-create the situation:
1. Go to Blocks & Stacks, create a Stack and add any block to it
2. Go to a page and add the Stack there
3. Click on the block (in the Stack) and select Copy to Clipboard
4. Click an area -> Add block -> Select "Clipboard" from the left side menu -> the block you just copied to Clipboard isn't there.
However, if you copy the block to the Clipboard from the Blocks & Stacks view, it is actually copied there and can be used.

The problem is here: when you click "Copy to Clipboard" while editing a page, you are not copying to the clipboard a block of the stack, but the whole stack.
