Can Not Re-Connect to Community

Permalink 2 2 Browser Info Environment
This is an issue for some people- I noticed possibly after a URL site move, as in my case. Changing browsers seems to have an effect but not in my case, other than reducing the errors down from many to one- (https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/installation/cant-connect...

I am not sure if this has any connection with other big issues that I did not have with my previous installs of C5 versions. (user's and added Admins can not save profile pictures or edit their own comments in "Conversations" block, Data Base Query Log is a blank, Pretty URL setting not working even after double checking with server about .php code.

So I am posting this here as a "bug" thinking there may be a data base issue?? or some other issue where not being able to reconnect to the C5 Community might be throwing my site off somehow?

sorry, for the ignorance, but I also noticed that API is not checked in the Admin Dashboard, should it be??
Thanks for looking into this.
