File links in Express text areas break when editing

Permalink 0 0 Browser Info Environment
To reproduce the error:

- Create an express object with a rich text area attribute.
- Add a new entry to the object that includes a link to a file (using the 'browse server' button)
- Save the entry
- Test the link in the entry, link works
- Go back and edit the entry (but do not change the file link)
- Save the entry
- Test the link in the entry, link is broken.

Every time the entry is saved, '/24' is appended to the URL. This breaks the link. Only solution is to relink any files everytime the entry is edited.
