Setting Page Type Defaults is Super Admin Only

Permalink 13 8 Browser Info Environment
It appears that when trying to modify page type defaults as an administrator there is no way to enter edit mode on the page type defaults page. I was able to determine that the super admin user is able to do this successfully but other members of the administrator group are not.

I haven't tested it, but your group has been added to the proper permission key (/dashboard/system/permissions/tasks/)?

yup, I never actually receive any access denied messages or anything, the user interface simply doesn't switch over to edit mode (and there's no blue edit mode button on the edit button hover menu)

I see the exact same thing. After going into each page_type and setting the groups that can edit the page_type it works. But like the bug says, it doesn't display any kind of error message, just tries to redirect to a task and displays the same page.

Same issue with composer based installation Version: 8.2.1

"composer/installers": "^1.3",
"concrete5/core": "^8.2",

Exact same issue. Has anyone found a hack/workaround for the time being?

still appears to be valid in a 8.5.1install as well
