Error When Submitting a Comment

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When submitting a comment, the page never reloads or approves, the wheel spins endlessly and down at the bottom of the browser, the path says "Transfering data fromwww.www.google-analytics.com".... Why this error? Go to visuallyspeaking.info click on a blog post, post a test comment, and see what I mean. Thanks.

What browser are you using J? I noticed that the message gets sent in Chrome and Safari, but in the version of Firefox that I have, I get 2 errors in firebug, and the browser turns white, while the the wheel turns and the bottom of the browsers says it's trying to reach google, weird. Can you look further into this or give me a hint as to what it could be?

I'm using chrome currently, I''ll try with firefox. I believe that it may have something to do with recaptcha, but I don't know.

yeah, its recaptcha and its google hosted so I can't do anything about it. Maybe try a different captcha type? or if you want to make it non ajax (which might solve the problem), just remove the class ajaxForm in the <form> element in view.php

Thanks J. The problem was cleared after I made a couple of changes (I unfortunately don't know which one fixed it.) I upgraded my version of Firefox to FF6 (had an old version), updated my flash player, and upgraded the C5 tinyMCE file which was a couple of years old. Following those upgrades my comments tests all went through ok. I'll keep your answer on the back burner in case I see any further problems.
