It could be a javascript conflict with another plugin you have installed on your site.. If I knew the one, I could debug them to work together. Can you send me a list of add-ons installed?

I could get it working on your website if you're willing to send me a full backup of your current site. That way I can make a local copy identical to yours and determine exactly what the issue is. Once I find the issue I can upload a new copy which will then install and work normally on your current website. No charge for this, just want to find the issue and fix it.

pages are "business" page and I do not own them.

OK I understand. It's probably to late to ask, but if you enabled the plugin and then go to a page on your site (which would be broken), is there any errors in the javascript console? That may be enough info by itself to fix the issue.

Plugin is no longer installed.

Yes when the plugin is installed and active and the page appears broken you can look at the browser's console for any info as to what happened.

I had to do a full restore from a backup after when I installed that add-on.
Because pages froze and broken completely. I could not get control panel etc..

I have not installed the add-ons after that ..

OK thanks that info is very helpful. If you couldn't even see the dashboard then something indeed went terribly wrong. I will look into this and see if I can come up with anything.

Just following up on this:
It seems to be working fine for everyone else... the problem you experienced I think had to do with a corrupted zip file which came about during the c5 server migration a while ago, but it seems everything is back to normal now.

Can you test this with "sidebar" theme? If the compatibility issue is this?
