Is this add-on affected by with the Authorize.net upgrade to Akamai SureRoute Network?

I was just asked this by one of my clients. I've looked at the code and it doesn't seem to proactively use Akamai, but it really doesn't need to. When Phase two kicks in, Authorize.Net will automatically route the current addresses your application uses to the Akamai network. From my interpretation, there is no change needed unless you want to get on Akamai earlier. Here is my source:

Hi all. Thank you for checking in on this. We agree 100% with afixia after looking into this on our own for clients. Phase 2 on June 30 simply reroutes the current URLs through Akamai. They will continue to work.
However, we have had clients who wanted us to update their URLs to ensure compatibility ahead of time. I just uploaded a new version (2.1.4) which uses the new Akamai URLs. Feel free to upgrade if you'd like to use them now, ahead of the June 30 change.
