What parts exactly does not work with the add-on?

From your HTML source (from the provided link) I can see that all your emails are obfuscated correctly.

I can also remember someone reporting similar issue when they had looked their source through firebug or something similar. Those tools usually convert the html character references to real characters.

Just see the plain source (as bots see your site) and you see your emails in obfuscated form.
