First of all, thank you for this great add-on.
The add-on is working great but, from various reasons, sometimes I use a wbr tag as following:
In this case only the mailto part is obfuscated.
Is there any possibility to obfuscate the other string (the one with wbr tag) too in cases like the one above?

If you know code, I'd suggest taking a look at this part of the code which searches for the emails in the source code:
