Exactly what it says: simple back to top. And fast too. One click and you're back to top in 1/3 of a second (literally - I checked the code)
The little arrow appears after scrolling down 250px and its design makes it all at once easy to spot AND ready to blend with any website.
Works well on mobile too.

It did not work when I put it into the content area on a page, but since putting it into a global area in the footer, it works without problems.
