It looks like you're using v1.0, but the compatibility of Backstretch for 5.6.3.3 is 1.2.3. If you download the updated version and update the addon as well, you should be good. Usually, you'll be able to do that from your site's dashboard, but you might need to do it from your c5 profile and FTP up to the site.
Generally, whenever you update your core, the packages should be updated as well. There are several differences just in how the forms look because of different bootstrap versions, and over the years a lot of changes to the back end code of the core that require changes to the addons.
