Depending on the Storage Location you're using you may not be able to download nor restore within Backup Pro. This is by design for any remote storage systems since the download would have to be either public (VERY bad) or downloaded to the server for download to the user / restoration (pretty bad).
That said, if you want to download or restore be sure to also use a Local Storage location.
