Loading block designer blocks with image selector into composer is broken

I've noticed that when I create a block using block designer which has an image selector attached to it I can't use this block with composer.
When you create a block that makes use of the image selector it breaks the composer form and wont let you select an image, publish your post or even discard the draft. Please see attached screen shot to see what happens.
In my example, I've added a block that contains three fields:
1. Title
2. Box Content
3. Box Image
As you can see this breaks the composer form completely.
Please advise.

For some reason, this support ticket never got to my email. Could you fix it with updates from Block Designer or are you still having problems?
