Such a block as the one "form" into C5.7 but with text length working, more than one text per line when possible, numerical input field.... as:
Your Name:______________ First Name:________________
Street Nb :1234
Postal Nb :12345678
Adresse :______________ Town: ________________

But what do you want block designer to do? You have a "text box" and "number" field type already, so what's the difference with what you're asking? Can you make a mockup with PhotoShop perhaps? It's still not clear to me what you want as an end result.

I want input fields to enter Name, First name, Address... and to register them as the Form block but in a better way. Your block design package does not have input fields capability for users to enter their data and submit the form ! Your text values are entered when we add the block, to create a content, and they are shown to the user as informations ... !

OK, I get what you want. But this is a BLOCK designer, not a FORM designer. So if you want to create forms, which a visitor of your website can fill in, use a "Form" block. But Block Designer is all about creating blocks, not filling in forms as a visitor. You should really use the "Form" block for that. Why is it that you can't use the default Concrete5 form block if I may ask? Is it missing something in your eyes?

Yes, I understood directly. I thought it was also a form designer !
Attached, you see what I would reproduce
in standard C5 form block, length of text fields does not work, it use the whole place of the block and there is no definition of a numerical field to control it for ex.

Unfortunately, it is not a form designer. It's all about blocks.
I know forms is quite limited.... we should create something awesome! Only available plugin is the following:

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you uninstall and redownload the package and install again? I've been doing some debugging for clients and this was the result of that!
