I'm sorry you had to revert back to 5.6, because 5.7 is really a GREAT improvement compared to 5.6. However, the product works as described (you confirm that). Your reason for the refund is more or less "I just decided I didn't need it (anymore)", which is one of the "bad reasons" to ask for a refund. In my history, I can also see you've bought this product way over 8 months ago. That's way too long to ask "I want a refund".
