Could you implement the option to allow the end user to "minimize" in addition to closing, and then be able to open it again? Of course this would mean the box would have to remain slightly visible so they could open it again. This would make this particularly attractive for use as an "Order Now" panel. Unfortunately, without the feature it's not quite as good for this, for obvious reasons.
