Hi Todd,

Just for clarification. Have you downloaded it over your C5 dashboard? or are you downloading the actual file?

I had downloaded the zip file and moved it to application. Does that help?

Have you tried going to your My Account -> Transactions -> Licenses?

Thank you! I did not realize what was in the License
folder...thought it would be a copy of the license agreement used
for C5 programs.
