There was an edge case compatibility issue between Buttons Factory Pro and the latest version of Concrete5. After receiving notice from a client that a certain element wasn't working, and doing my own troubleshooting, I came to the conclusion it must be related to a recent core update. I contacted the developer of this add on about it and he confirmed the issue and said he'd work on it right away. Within a couple of hours (or less), an update was pushed that resolved the issue. Very impressive!
