Hi,
Once I am logged into the site, the block does not display a logout link / button.
Please advise.
Thx

Hi
More insight? I don't know what else to tell you.
It works in the sense that I can use it to log on.
Like I said, the logoff never appears.
Nor does the block tell you who is logged in... it always displays like in the attachment.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall - same thing.

That is very strange - it works as intended when we test locally.
Could you possibly set up a test account on your site and send us the log in along with the URL via private message so we may take a look please?
Thanks

Thanks for sending over your log in details and URL.
Checking your environment info, you are running a release candidate (5.7.5RC1) - this is not a stable version of concrete5 and should not be used on a production site. This version is suppose to be used by developers for testing purposes only.
As this add-on works with the most current stable version of concrete5 (5.7.4.2) - the issues you are having potentially relate to bugs in the conrete5 system.
You must ensure you are running a stable version of conrete5 to ensure you can receive the best support.
Thanks

Hi
OK - running a fresh install of 5.7.5 on a new database... still not working.
I will pm the login info as b4.
Thanks,
Marc

After more testing in concrete5 5.7.5.1 (latest version) - I can still not replicate this locally.
I am thinking the issue could potentially be potentially happening due to one of your other add-ons. You have enhance toolbar enabled which has a 'sign out' option... I wonder whether there is a conflict?
To test, you may need to create a new user without admin priveledges so they can not see the toolbar at the top when logged in, see if that makes a difference. Alternatively you could try disabling the enhanced toolbar add-on temporarily.

See the attached screenshots (look at the bottom of the page - red bar)...
Can you offer any more insight in to your issue?
Thanks
