Possible to use within a theme?

What if I would like to use this within the theme and not above or below. Say above the footer. Is that possible?

This block is intended to be displayed either at the top 'fixed' or bottom 'fixed'. It can not be displayed anywhere else.

I see this being used within a theme on your own sitehttp://calltoaction.c5hub.com/,... would you be able to instruct us on how to do that? It's exactly what I want to do on my client's site. Can you also tell me what theme you are using for your site? Thanks!

To use on your site, you purchase the add-on and install it to the site. It's then a bock you add to the page in any area and then set in the block options whether you want this at the top or at the bottom of the page.

The theme used on the demo site is a custom theme that is only used for our demo sites and is not available to purchase.
