Error Message

I keep receiving numerous error messages.
First when I try to post my and click save the announcements dont show but rather error messages that are vertically moving:
Warning division by zero....
Then when I try to customize the titles this comes up:

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I'm guessing there is something wrong with the Concrete5 installation. Have you tried using a default theme and see if you see this as well?
