Clear the pages directory

Hi,
Thank you so much for your add-on. I have implemented this using cron. However, I get the following error message:
Warning: rmdir(/var/www/vhosts/jabian.com/httpdocs/files/cache/pages): Directory not empty in /var/www/vhosts/jabian.com/httpdocs/updates/concrete5.6.3.1_updater/concrete/core/helpers/file.php on line 99
The pages directory inside of the cache directory does not get cleared then. Using the "Clear Cache" method from the Dashboard does clear out the pages directory.
Is there something I need to set differently for this to work via cron?
