add-on not tracking

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I've installed the add-on and registered with clicky. When checking the stats on the Clicky website, it says that I've had 0 visits for weeks, which according to the Concrete5 analytics, is not true.

What am I missing?

Please check the page source for your site to make sure the Clicky javascript is appearing at the bottom of the page. You should see something like:
<script src="http://static.getclicky.com/js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript">try{ clicky.init(66375921); }catch(err){}</script>
<noscript><p><img alt="Clicky" width="1" height="1" src="http://in.getclicky.com/66375921ns.gif" /></p></noscript></body>

If that's not appearing you may want to try re-installing the add-on. If it still doesn't appear, then there may be a problem with your site theme. Finally, if it does appear but you're still not getting any statistics, you should check your site for javascript errors. It's possible another error on the page is preventing the Clicky code form operating correctly.

It's not tracking on my website either. The code shows in the View Source and I don't get any JS errors. I've reinstalled twice and still nothing.

The only other suggestion I have then is to make sure the clicky account # (66375921 in my example) is correct. If the code is appearing on your page and is getting executed, then Clicky is getting triggered.

I decided to completely bypass the C5 install of this plugin and place the tracking code directly into my footer.php file. The account is now tracking the site, but my client doesn't have the dashboard display.

I did notice that when I installed the package (all three times) that the styles didn't seem to load properly. Is this addon still usable on 5.6.2.1?

The latest version of the add-on (v1.3.2) is compatible with 5.6+.
