Clicky and Mac users

I added Clicky to a password protected page so that CAB members can see the stats. Windows users can see the dashboard just fine and so does Safari for Windows. However, I have 2 Mac users that can't see the data. The block is there at the size of what would be the data but there is nothing in it. I had the same problem with Safari on my iphone. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, LaVerne

The Clicky add-on was developed using a Mac. I also tested the block on my development site with a Mac (Safari and Chrome) just now to double check. The block displayed correctly. I can't think of any reason why a Mac would be different in this situation.
