This add-on is meant for concrete5 developers with add-ons or themes in the marketplace.
C5 Reviews consists of two parts:
1. An automated job that scrapes reviews from concrete5.org, and
2. A block that display the reviews.
In the dashboard you can provide a list of marketplace pages you want the reviews from. You can schedule the automated job to run e.g. each night. Each time the job runs, the marketplace pages will be visited and extracted to get the reviews. The reviews will be saved in the database. The following information is collected: Package name, Author, Date, Title, and Review text.
You can display the reviews via a "C5 Reviews" block. From the dialog you can select a package you want the reviews from.
The goal of this add-on is to get the reviews from the concrete5.org website. What you do with them is up to you, but we've provided an example block on how you can render them.
