Once installed, the dashboard page can be found at

dashboard/system/environment/constants_info.

In the dashboard menu, select 'System and Settings' and then look for Constants Info under the Environment group.

Take care not to disclose password or other security information if copying to an email or problem report.

NOTE: This addon will install and show information for concrete5 versions before 5.5, but the dashboard page may not be nicely formatted.
