Cookies Notice allows once to notify users of anything, including the use of cookies (The Cookie Law Explained).
Colors of text and background can be changed in add/edit form.
Each block works independently. You can place multiple notifications on the same page (Copied by clipboard blocks can be conflict).
Instruction
Place a block Cookies Notice in the Global Area so that it is displayed on any page in the site.
Can work on multilingual sites. Just place the block in global area of each language partition.
