Groups not importing on 8.3.2

Hi,
I cannot get the groups to import from the csv. Everything else imports but not the groups. I am using c5 8.3.2. I set up 2 store groups and filled in the category field but the import says Groups "none" I can add manually but as iI have 300+ entries its too slow.
Any thoughts?

Any update on this issue?
As I only have two store groups I was able to import in 2 sections and I was able to update the gID table with the relevant id number. However, it is still a bug that needs resolving.
A separate question. On the map only template is it possible to display just the name and city and not the address? I have done a few experiments but am not sure how to do it.
