just started playing with it, but won't load map, breaks page

Just installed package, pasted api... but block breaks my page on the beta site. Am I missing something I'm too lazy to read up on? Only thing odd is that it won't accept any starting map point... otherwise, I'm stumped. The map works fine on the add store in the dashboard, but no header or page render, only footer on the site...
