First of all, great package... This functionality offers so much on top of the obvious store location tasks.

I just wanted to point out that your search form within the blocks view.php is not closed. If you hit search on a page that has other forms (especially when the other forms have validation), the search form try's to send the other forms as well.

Simpy, closing off the search form fixed this issue.

Hope that helps others that come across this issue.
