I am looking for a block like this but have a number of questions.
1. Does this block have a download counter?
2. Can files be hosted in folders outside of C5 file manager, at other URLs, dropbox or Gdrive?
3. A Rating system would be my wish list item?

2.) This add-on manages files within your concrete5 file manager, not externally
3.) There is no rating system as this is beyond the scope of this add-on.
