"Email is required" issue

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When trying to donate, we are getting an error message "Please correct the following errors before moving forward.
Email is required." There is an email address in the box and yet it is still giving an error. How do we fix this?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. At this time, we're not seeing the issue on our demo site, but we'll look into this as soon as possible.

Can you provide any other details or screenshots, in the meantime?
