Close button and center text

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi
When i click on an event as a user the window opens but, with long text within, the text is displayed "in middle".. not from top, so you have to scroll up to see the beginning of text

The "close" button is displayed on bottom, and with long text you have to navigate to the end to see the button and so have the chance to exit. WOuld it be possibile to have the Classic X button on top right of the window instead of the close button? .. and always close the window if you tap outside the window? ( very useful on handy devices)

You can see behaviour onhttp://www.idi.it homepage...

THank you so much in advance, as usual
Michele

Hi.. iìll try to explain better point one

If you open a long text news (as in homepage ofhttp://www.idi.it) with SMARTPHONE, se first news is displayed from top... then you have to navigate to bottom to exit ( see point 2)

After exit each news you clik on will start to be displayed in the bottom area (not from top of text)

bests

Hi,

Thank you for advice. I will add this Close button on right top corner as option.
I have a lot work now, but I would like to make this until end of this week.

Hi..thank you so much.. I've tested ver 14 but I think I did not cleared enought the top right close button

I meant it would be great to have the X close button in top right but "fixed"... actually it disappears if you scroll down on long events (specially on smartphones)....

This version (14) is the opposite of previuos "bottom close"... with the same problem.. user has now to go top (or previous go bottom) on long evenets to close it !

Best regards and thank you so much in advance

Try 2.3.15 .

It should be good enough. In some devices bottom close button could be over modal...
It is really tricky to make this correctly.

Hi... thank you so much

The functionality is really ok.. but the behaviour (apparence) on different browsers (PC IE11, edge, moxilla, chrome) and smartphone (android and ios) is very different.. and most of time it looks not good.

The "X" option should have more "padding" space to the title, and text goes out of modal frame

The Close option, text goes out of modal frame and the close buttom is sometimes in modal frame, sometimes on the border of it, sometimes below it..

I've a test page inhttp://mikiprove.org/index.php/cal... where you can see whats happen

May be you can find some fix for it (a nice addon I use and has modal feature is "Webli content popup") ..

Best regards and thank you again
Michele
