separate date from time

Hi.. would it be possible to separate in local list the time/date in more manageble items ?
It would be useful in order to hide via CSS what not needed
Best would be to have:
- from date
- to date
- form hour
- to hour
all separated

Between start time and and end time is a - non included in class.. could it be possibile to include it in the end time class? .... and the same for end date
