1. Unzip this file in your site's packages/ directory.
2. Login to your site as an administrator.
3. Find the "Extend Concrete5" page in your dashboard.
4. Find this package in the list of packages awaiting installation.
5. Click the "install" button.

Now when you are done with installation go to dashboard you can see the newly installed Citytech Dynamic Contents menu there. 

Click on that link.

Now you are in category listing page. As there is no category yet it will be blank. Now there is a "Add Category" button on right corner. Click on that button and you will be redirected to add category page. 

There you will have to enter the title for your category and click on "Add' button on bottom right corner.

So you have added at least one category now and you are now in category listing page.

In the list you will be able to see a “View Contents” button. If you click on that you will be redirected to content listing under this category. For the first time it will be blank until you add any content under this category.

Now there is a add button on right hand corner. Click on that button you will be redirected to add content page. 

You will have to enter title, content. You can upload image for your content there. Set your content under the categories you have added previously. There is checkbox to assign to a category. You can assign a single content in multiple categories. Then click on the add button on bottom right corner.

If you are going to add image slider then :

                              Recommended size: 800px X 380px (thumnails are in top or bottom posttion)

                              Recommended size: or 560px X 380px (thumbnails are in left or right position)

In similar way add a few more contents.

If there are content under a category that category cannot be deleted and in list the delete icon is replace by a lock icon for the categories where there are contents under that category. 

If any content or category is set as active only that will come when adding block in front end.

When you are done go to frontend page edit mode and add block there. In your block list you will find "Citytech Dynamic Contents" block to display your added contents.

 

In Add Citytech Dynamic Contents block you will have to set which contents you want to display and in which fashion.

Suppose you want to display a content banner. Now from Select Dynamic Display select box you will be able to choose the category you added. When you choose a category all the contents under this category will be listed with a checkbox beside the tithe you can choose any of them.

 

Now you can choose any of the display option (Banner slider, Accordion, Tab or scroller). as for example if you are adding content banner you will choose banner slider then there is option you can display your banner thumbnail in 4 different places( top, bottom, left and right respectively) Choose any of them. You can set the sliding time of each image. Click on save and publish your edits. Now in front end you can see the effects.
