Can't create the accordion with just one row

Just reporting a bug.
When i try to create new layout, i put 1 in column and 1 in row, but it doesn't allow me to add the accordion extension and receive the message asking me to add more row.
so i insert 2 in the row then it works.
it will be really handy if it works even with a single row.
