Reverse Accordion in direction

I have a client asking if I can reverse the accordion so that when you click the title it moves up instead of down when showing the content.
Is this possible? If so, how much work will it take to get this add-on to do this?

I have the exact same question. Can the accordion tabs be placed at the bottom and expand upward (aka, in reverse). Can we get an answer to this question as soon as possible?
